Privacy policy

QuirkedWorks ("we," "us") runs quirkedworks.com. This policy says what information we handle, why, and what we will never do with it. The short version: this website collects nothing about you, purchases happen on Etsy, and we never sell or share your personal information.

This website

• No cookies, no analytics, no ad trackers. No pixels, no retargeting, no third-party tracking of any kind.
• Hosting. The site is served by Cloudflare. Like any web host, its servers process your IP address and basic request data to deliver pages and block attacks. We do not use that data to profile anyone.
• Fonts and images are served from this site too. No third-party requests.
• Downloads. The free sign file downloads straight from this site. No email, no account.

Orders

We don't take payments on this site. Every "Buy on Etsy" button takes you to Etsy, which handles checkout, payment and sales tax under its own privacy policy. For your order we receive your name, shipping address, email and what you ordered, and we pass the name and address to our print-on-demand production partner and the shipping carrier. That's the whole list.

Messages

If you email us, we keep the message so we can answer it.

Your privacy choices

We do not sell your personal information and do not share it for cross-context behavioral advertising, so there is nothing to opt out of. We honor the Global Privacy Control signal anyway; it costs us nothing because we don't do the things it blocks.

Your rights (California and everyone else)

California residents have the right under the CCPA/CPRA to know what personal information we hold, to request a copy, to request deletion, and to not be discriminated against for exercising those rights. We extend the same rights to everyone regardless of state. Email privacy@quirkedworks.com and we'll handle it. Verified requests are answered within 45 days.

Retention

Order records are kept as long as required for taxes, accounting, and warranty claims. Messages are kept as long as they're useful for helping you.

Changes

If this policy changes, the new version appears here with a new effective date. We won't quietly weaken it.
