Shipping and returns

Where we ship
United States only.
Cost
- Free US shipping on our yard signs, tees and crewnecks on Etsy. Etsy shows the final total before you pay.
- Printable files: instant download from Etsy (paid packs) or from our free files page. Nothing ships.
Timing
Everything is printed to order. Nothing sits in a warehouse. Production takes 2 to 5 business days, then carrier transit is typically 3 to 8 business days depending on where you are. Etsy emails you tracking when your order ships.
Christmas: order by early December for Christmas delivery.
Address changes
Caught a typo in your address? Message us through your Etsy order or email support@quirkedworks.com within 24 hours of ordering and we'll fix it before production. Once an order ships, we can't redirect it.
Lost or stalled packages
If tracking shows no movement for 10+ days or a package marked delivered never arrived, contact us. We'll chase the carrier and make it right with a replacement or refund.
Damaged, defective, or misprinted? We fix it, free
If your order arrives damaged, misprinted, blurry, or otherwise not what you ordered, message us through Etsy or email support@quirkedworks.com within 30 days of delivery with a photo or two of the problem. We'll send a free replacement or a full refund, your choice. No need to mail anything back.
Change of mind
Because items are made to order, we can't accept returns for buyer's remorse, ordering the wrong shirt size, or deciding you wanted a different design. Check the size chart and the mockups on Etsy before ordering. And if you're genuinely unhappy, contact us anyway; we're humans and we'd rather you leave happy.
Cancellations
You can cancel for a full refund within 24 hours of ordering, before production starts. After production begins we can't cancel.
Refund timing
Refunds are issued through Etsy to your original payment method, usually within 5 to 10 business days depending on your bank.
